Currently watching the season finale of Smallville (awesome show)

Summary of my first year of college: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Yeah… basically it sucked big donkey nuts…
I didnt do very well with my grades, didnt have a girlfriend, and i feel so completely unfocused right now that it’s not even funny, but i’m determined to improve that

back to what i was saying before though (kind of an ironic break… determined to get focused, yet i’m easily distracted by a tv show)
1st year of college (continued): So i’m unfocused… we’ve established that. I believe the reason for this is because I am simply not happy. I need a girlfriend. I would bet a million dollars that if I had a girlfriend i would not only be more focused, but i would be happier too.
I had a dream…
Last night, I went to sleep after reading for an hour (don’t get too excited, it was just a magazine…. well a science magazine) I suppose reading before sleep helps introduce people’s conciousness into a state of REM (Rapid Eye Movement, dream sleep) In this dream I proposed marriage to a girl and she accepted. I remember spending time with the girl, going places, just doing random shit, but I was happy. That was by far the best dream I have ever had in my life (and the first of that kind of dream) Only problem is… it was one of those dreams where the girl had no face. The harder I try to remember it the more obscure it becomes, so now I just have to try to find my dream girl in the real world.
wow, got real side-tracked there didn’t I?
1st year of college (again, continued):
it all couldn’t have been bad, right? Right. It wasn’t.
The best part of it was the friends that I made.
I’m just going to list the best of the best (from tech), if you’re not mentioned… it only means that you have a lot of tough people to compete against
Adam: I’m glad that we have the same tastes in tv shows/movies, that was definately a great part of my year, just kickin back, relaxin and watchin some: Band of Brothers, John Doe, Smallville, etc Guitar is awesome, and next year I’m bringin my electric, so don’t fret (ha!) And our leadership project is going to kick sooooo much ass it isnt funny.
Ford: Holy crap… roomin together is going to be shitty.
haha, gotcha on that one… IT’S GOING TO BE AWESOME
Here’s a list of stuff: throwing knives, movie nights, russian, lots of random shit, holy crap it’s going to kick so much ass
I’m glad we pretty much have the room arrangement figured out and summer won’t end soon enough
Ron: 4TH FLOOR!!!!! Sorry to hear that you’re getting downgraded to the 3rd floor, but you’re not too far away (you’re in 31x somethin right?) Just remember all the good times… selling all of that stuff to the residents, hall council goodness too much stuff to remember. Jump on it!
Liz: My little sister. I’m glad that we developed the brother/sister relationship early on. You made tech a lot of fun, and taught me a lot, whether you know it or not. Thanks a lot and I certainly hope the relationship continues next year.
Belle: I’m glad that I met you early on in the year. With you, the first semester was the hardest, but also the most worthwhile. It was hard because of my 5 best friends at tech, you are the only one that I wanted to date (but never did). After I realized my ignorance of the first semester, we became close friends and I wouldn’t trade a single moment for a lifetime in space. You are most definately assured that corner of mine and Ford’s room next year, as we will both always be there when you need us.
Sorry, that was a lengthy section that most of you will skip over. But I hope the people it was about actually get a chance to read it.
this will definately be my longest post (since it’s the first and I have to introduce the backstory, if i’m going to continue doing this
in the future.
I’m going to end this one and start a new one now, just because i can.
