So once again I’m at the airport, and once again it doesn’t have wireless internet. Go figure. The last few work days have been busy. First off, this is what I’ve been working on:
auv

That’s the 4.75” AUV. We also have a smaller diameter, high speed AUV (high speed >= 15 knots) but that was on the base, so I couldn’t take pictures of it. I’ve spent a lot of time on the base. Sadly I never actually made it out to the beach, but I did get a little bit of pool time in. The weather forecast for Panama City the last 3 days called for Thunderstorms but it was sunny (more or less) all day/every day. Won’t be hearing any complaints from me.

Tuesday I went out on the boat and helped with the 4.75” AUV testing, that was pretty cool.
Wednesday they did Coordinated Flight testing, and it worked… I also finished my multiple-vehicle visualization code that day, so it was nice to use their data along with it and actually see what the vehicles were doing.
